This very thin notebook has an 11.6" LED display, weighs in at 2.2 pounds and is made of a material Samsung is calling duralumin. It feels like a cross between plastic and aluminum. This lightweight is definitely aimed at the new Macbook Air.
Samsung had no comments on specs other than they would vary greatly and be offered in numerous configurations. No time frame for availability was given but this prototype looked retail ready.
Looking at Samsung's offerings at CES you quickly realize they are a contender in nearly every category including phones, cameras, laptops, tablets and TVs. This company is gaining a reputation for cutting edge quality products.
I was caught photographing this notebook and had to delete the image so here's a pic of CNCB broadcasting live from the floor of the Central Hall of CES Friday, January 7th. Closing Bell.

Samsung Infuse Galaxy S 4G phone headed for AT&T
This display unit stated it was running Android 2.2 on a Hummingbird 1.2ghz CPU. The 4.5" AMOLED plus is the largest screen I've seen and this phone is extremely thin. Specs on the page next to it indicate it has an 8mp camera.
It was behind glass but my best guess is it will weigh in under 155 grams.
It looked to be about half the thickness of the Evo. Specs listed stated it included a higher than average 1750mAh battery. All of us Galaxy users know battery life is a major concern.
No word on a release date or if it will go to other carriers. I can't wait for some hands on time with this phone.

Samsung Sliding PC 7 Series
This slider is just another spin on the converible Windows laptop tablet. This hybrid comes with a front and rear camera and has a 10" display. Although it weighs in at just 2.2 pounds it is bulky, to thick for a tablet. Said to be released in Q2 running Windows 7. There is a built-in compass chip and GPS.
Expect this to be offered by a cellular carrier and the price (whatever it is) to be subsided. Even then they won't likely be a hot seller.
Samsung makes some great products. In my opinion, this isn't one of them.

Polaroid GL10 Bluetooth Photo Printer
The GL10 connects to any phone or tablet via bluetooth. It uses zink technology. Paper is sold in ten packs for a price to be announced later. The printer will sell for $149. Polaroid employees said to expect it in stores soon.
The GL10 is rechargable and prints about 45 photos per charge. Weight was a little over a pound.

Dell Streak 7
Dell has never has a booth at CES, presumably because their focus has been on business users rather than retail consumers. Nvidia did have a Streak 7 on hand. It is running Android 2.2 and sporting a Tegra2 processor. The display had Swype installed.
The size and weight are very similar to the Galaxy Tab sitting next to it. The Streak's beveled edges give it a sleaker look and made it easier to hold. The processor should give it a leg up over the Galaxy Tab. This unit was branded T-Mobile.

Gotta look cool in 3D
At times it looked like they should have renamed CES the 3D show. With 3D technologies of all types taking center stage and people everywhere in goofy glasses it almost makes sense that Polaroid showcased their stylish 3D glasses. Now you don't have to look like a dork in your own livingroom.

Samsung's Extremely Thin 75" LED TV
This television caught everyone's attention. The only comment I could get from Samsung is that it would be made. No idea when or for how many Yen it will cost. And of course it is 3D.
